Updated September 16, 2026. This notice describes analytics on PCRC’s enrollment landing page. The enrollment form and electronic signature service operate separately through Zoho.
Your choice
Analytics starts only after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can reject and still view the video or enroll. Open Cookie preferences in the page footer to change your choice. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep this analytics off.
What the landing page measures
For visitors who allow analytics, we record a random browser identifier, a session identifier, visit time, which landing page was viewed, link and button clicks, scroll milestones, video playback milestones, visible-page time milestones, a screen-size category, and marketing source, medium, campaign and ad/content tags when present in the incoming link.
These identifiers recognize a browser; they do not tell us who you are. This analytics does not record enrollment form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, case details, precise location, full referring URLs, IP addresses or device fingerprints. Hosting services necessarily process requests to deliver the page; that is separate from the analytics records described here.

The analytics records are stored for a rolling 90-day reporting window. Older records are excluded from reports and deleted when the collector or dashboard next runs. Withdrawing consent clears your tracking cookies and requests deletion of records associated with that browser. If the network request is blocked, remaining records expire through the normal retention process. Deleting cookies yourself prevents us from reconnecting that browser to its previous records.
Who uses the information
PCRC uses aggregate reports to improve page content, enrollment navigation and marketing. The dashboard is restricted to the site owner. This implementation does not add advertising pixels, cross-site retargeting or session replay. It does not join these records to your enrollment identity.
Enrollment & questions
Information submitted to Zoho Forms or Zoho Sign is handled separately for enrollment and your service agreement. This notice does not replace notices or terms shown by those services. For questions about PCRC’s use of information, contact admin@postconvictionrelief.network.
